Q: What areas do you serve?
We are based in South Florida and serve Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area. Contact us for details.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially for weekends and holidays. A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Q: What is required to book?
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
Q: How much space does the photo booth require?
Our open-air booth requires approximately a 10x10 ft space with access to a standard electrical outlet. For the 360 Video Booth, we recommend a 12x12 ft space.
Q: Do you provide an attendant?
Yes! Every booking includes a professional, friendly on-site attendant who will manage the booth, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event.
Q: Can I customize the photo template/overlay?
Absolutely! We create a custom photo overlay for every event. Simply provide us with your event details, colors, and any logos or names you'd like included.
Q: How do guests receive their photos?
Guests can receive their photos instantly via text or email. All photos are also uploaded to a personalized digital gallery that you can share and download after the event.
Q: Do you offer printing?
Yes! Our Signature Package includes unlimited 4x6 or 2x6 photo strip printing. Our Essentials Package is digital only. You can also add our Keychain & Magnet Station as an upgrade.
